Credits

Our system uses a flexible credit system that allows users to easily top up and manage their balances.

Credit Top-Up

Credits are always topped up in the account’s currency. This ensures that transactions are transparent and accurate, allowing users to handle payments in the currency they are familiar with.

Credit Deduction on the Viber Channel

For messages sent via the Viber channel, credits are deducted only after the messages have been successfully delivered. Since message delivery can take some time, credits are temporarily moved to a “reserved” credits section.

Managing Reserved Credits

Reserved credits remain in this state until the message delivery process is completed. The process concludes with one of the following outcomes:

  • Credit Reversal: If the messages cannot be delivered within the specified TTL (Time-to-Live) period, the reserved credits are automatically returned to the user’s available balance.
  • Final Deduction: If the messages are successfully delivered, the reserved credits are permanently deducted.

This system ensures that credit usage is fair and accurate while flexibly handling potential delays in message delivery.
