Sending files
Sending files to the following formats is allowed. The files are not attached to the message but a public URL is required so that the user can download it.
Required parameters

- File name. Maximum 25 characters

Sending videos
It is possible to send videos to users. The maximum video size is 200MB, and the following parameters are required:
- Video size (bytes)
- Duration (seconds)
- Thumbnail (preview) image
- URL where the video is available (using Youtube and other video sharing sites is not allowed)

Text formatting and emojis
The maximum allowed character count is 1000. This includes emojis and markdown formatting.
The following markdown formatting can be used in the text fields:

URL validations
Media validations
To ensure that media URLs sent through the API are processed correctly and the content is displayed correctly, we strongly recommend following the following guidelines:
- Use only secure HTTPS links
- Make sure that the image URLs are not protected by „captcha” protection
- Make sure that the URLs contain a file extension (.mp4, .png, .jpeg)
Content validations
The following links to pages or applications are not allowed:
- Line
- Signal
- Telegram
This condition applies to the content of messages as well as to the links used on the company account and business chat information pages.
