Custom Fields
Custom fields allows you to store different types of information about your subscribers. These fields are useful when you want to store various information about subscribers, such as age, location, whether they are regular customers, etc. Later, you can use these fields in campaigns to send personalized messages to different subscribers.
Creating Custom Fields
To create custom fields, go to the Lists page and click on the list where you want to add custom fields. Then click the Add Custom Field button.
Custom Field Settings
You can specify the following settings:
- ID: The field identifier.
- Required: Whether the field is mandatory.
- Name: The name of the field.
- Type: The field type. E.g., text, number, boolean, etc.
Identifier
Identifiers can only contain lowercase letters from the English alphabet and numbers, and can be up to 32 characters long.
Custom Fields During Import and Export
The system takes custom fields into account when importing and exporting subscribers. This means that if your list has custom fields, the system will consider their rules, such as their type, whether they are required, etc. During export, the field values are also exported.
