Welcome to the Viber Messages documentation! This guide will help you quickly learn how to send messages across different platforms. Even if you're new to using technology like this, don't worry! We've included helpful images to guide you every step of the way.

Getting Started

When you first open the app, you'll see the main dashboard, where you can navigate through all of the app's features.

1. Sign In: Use your email and password to log in.
2. Main Menu: Use the menu on the left side to find all app sections.

Navigating the App

Here's a quick look at the sections you'll find in the main menu:

1. Dashboard: Overview of your campaign stats.
2. Campaigns: Create and view all your campaigns.
3. Lists: Create and view all your lists.
4. Channels: See and manage the platforms where you can send messages.
5. Segments: Coming soon.
6. Statistics: See your campaign stats.

Choosing your channels

Each channel you've linked to your Viber Messages account can be selected when sending a message.

1. Access Channels: From the main menu, click on Channels to see all your linked channels.
2. Create New Channel: Follow the instructions to connect a new channel if you want to expand your reach.
3. Select Channel When Sending: On the "Campaigns" screen, select the channel to ensure your message goes to the right place.
